Context before assumptions
I ask questions, learn your preferences, and understand the priorities behind the request.
I’m Nicole Brown, founder of The EA Advantage, an experienced Executive Assistant and Executive Operations Partner, and an entrepreneur based in the Los Angeles area.

I’ve worked with more than 30 founders, executives, and business leaders across multiple industries—from small businesses and early-stage startups to established enterprise companies. That breadth has given me experience navigating different leadership styles, organizational structures, and stages of growth. I understand how to create structure in a business that’s still finding its footing and how to coordinate work within a larger organization with established processes and multiple stakeholders.
My experience spans executive partnership, cross-functional coordination, systems development, and operational execution. I learn how a business works, identify where priorities or processes are getting stuck, and help implement practical improvements that keep leaders and teams moving forward.
Over time, I’ve learned that effective support depends on context. Knowing what matters. Understanding how people work. Recognizing when a small issue is becoming a larger one. Asking the question that brings clarity before work moves in the wrong direction.
I built The EA Advantage because I believe strong executive support creates an advantage across the business—and the people doing that work deserve to understand and communicate their value.
For founders and executives, that means a partner who helps create structure, protect attention, and keep priorities moving.
For Executive Assistants, it means practical conversations about partnership, operations, career growth, compensation, and independent work.
Both sides benefit when executive support is understood and used well.
I ask questions, learn your preferences, and understand the priorities behind the request.
I pay attention to timing, relationships, competing demands, and what needs to be raised early.
I look for processes that reduce friction and are practical to maintain.
Clear communication, discretion, and dependable follow-through are central to how I work.
